Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Teach graduate and undergraduate courses;
  2. Direct graduate research;
  3. Conduct and establish an international reputation for excellent research;
  4. Participate in curriculum development;
  5. Help develop and run collaborative collegiate and university programs;
  6. Serve on departmental committees;
  7. Perform other tasks and/or duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Ph.D. in Mathematics from a college or university of recognized standing;
  2. Demonstrated research and/or scholarly achievement;
  3. Demonstrated ability as a teacher;
  4. Ability to teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate level of our curriculum;
  5. Poise and good address for meeting and conferring with others.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Research agenda that synergizes with existing research in the department.
