Duties and Responsibilities
  1. We are seeking applicants with the ability and interest to teach in the area of federal taxation and preferably also trusts and estates.
Assistant Professor Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assistant Professor Minimum Qualifications: J.D. or equivalent and the demonstration or promise of excellence in teaching, scholarship, and community service.
Associate Professor Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Associate Professor Minimum Qualifications: Same as Assistant, plus five years of experience at assistant level or equivalent with record of significant scholarly achievement.
Professor Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Full Professor Minimum Qualifications: Same as Associate, plus three years at associate level or equivalent with evidence of a mature level of performance and achievement as a teacher and scholar that places the faculty member at the forefront of the relevant field(s).
