Duties and Responsibilities
  1. The successful applicant will teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including in the area of second language testing & assessment, mentor undergraduate and graduate students, and engage in research and service.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. PhD in second language studies, applied linguistics, or closely related field from a college or university of recognized standing. ABD will be considered; applicants must be ABD at time of application, and evidence must be provided that all requirements for the degree will be completed by 07/31/2017. Must have demonstrated ability to conduct research in the applicant's specialization, as evidenced by publication, and demonstrated ability as a teacher.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Of special interest are applicants with demonstrated expertise in second language reading, quantitative research methods, and/or program evaluation.
