Minimum $1,569 per credit hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Other Conditions:
  • For placement in department adjunct lecturer pool for Spring 2019 and/or Summer 2019. Mainly part-time employment, contingent on approval to fill, course offerings (ranging from 3 to 12 credits), position clearance, availability of funds, and sufficient enrollment. Appointments offered on a semester basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. To teach basic language skill courses in the target language, including specialized courses in the Chinese Flagship Program.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. MA in the target language or related discipline required. High-level fluency in the target language and English.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. College-level classroom experience in teaching Chinese language.
